Autumn Equinox Herb and Crystal Gathering

Gathering is limited to 10 participants. We will start in the garden for a grounding and centering meditation, followed by teachings from the plant and stone worlds to help ease us into the energies of the fall. We will learn about how to receive support from our plant and crystal allies on how to release, navigate transitions, manage grief, loss, and anxiety, immune support, ancestral and inner child healing, and sound sleep. Seasonal tea will be served. Margie will close our gathering with an immersive 432 hertz crystal bowl sound bath.
