Build a Home Apothecary Series: Winter Syrups

We will start with a meditation with and an exploration of herbs and stone companions that are most supportive during the fall and winter seasons. The stones are placed around the stovetop to energetically infuse the syrup with protection and magic! Everyone will have syrup to take home with them. Option for making elderberry syrup with locally grown elder berries or herbal cough syrups.
