About the event
Gathering is limited to 10 participants. We will gather around the fireplace for a grounding and centering meditation, followed by teachings from the plant and stone worlds to help ease us welcome the shortest days of the year. We will learn about how to receive support from our plant and crystal allies on how to slow down, nourish our bodies, explore stillness, support sadness, and navigate the darkness. Warming chai tea will be served. Margie will close our gathering with an immersive 432 hertz crystal bowl sound bath.
